Nick Owen was awarded an MBE for services to arts-based businesses in 2012 and is passionate about generating culturally inspiring and socially engaging creative practice within educational contexts both nationally and internationally. You can read about his work here.
He has worked in the creative and cultural industries across the public, private and social enterprise sectors in the East Midlands, Merseyside and Cumbria whilst committed to developing international links with partners in Bulgaria, Chile, India and Serbia amongst many others.
In his spare time, he is a keen cyclist, tennis player and Vinyl DJ. He is also partial to a fair bit of ‘banging on’ about all sorts of things too; much of which you can read here too.
